The company was founded in 1999 by Mr. Jamil Bajar Safar Al Balushi and was restructured as Atlal Al Qurum LLC in 2009 by Mr. Jamil Bajar Safar Al Balushi, Mr. Mathew Thomas, and Mr. Zoher Ebrahim Kakkajiwala. Over the years, we have successfully completed a wide range of prestigious residential and commercial developments, including luxury villas, apartment buildings, and commercial facilities throughout Oman.
